Let the ambiance and allure of Town & Country Club assist you in attracting guests to your next charity fundraiser, association meeting, corporate seminar, or charity golf tournament. Town & Country Club is able to assist you in creating meeting packages to fit your schedule and budgetary needs.

 

 
Town & Country Club’s elegant River Room may accommodate up to 320 guests with two sections of the ballroom being able to be curtained off for breakout rooms. Both the North Wing and the Director’s Room can accommodate up to 60 guests. In addition to the River Room Ballroom, Town & Country Club offers the Audubon Room for those in need of a more intimate space for board meetings and small group breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The Audubon Room can accommodate up to 12 guests. The Saint Andrew’s Room is yet an additional option that can accommodate up to 40 guests. Town & Country’s formal member’s dining room- The President’s Room is also available to you by special request and can accommodate up to 120 guests.

These private meeting and dining rooms are ideal for conference meetings or breakout rooms. Virtually any type of seating arrangement from classroom style to “u” shaped meeting tables can be created. Town & Country Club’s Food and Beverage Director would be happy to meet with you to create the most appropriate set-up to fit your meeting needs and schedule.

Wireless internet access, podiums, lavaliere and cordless microphones, LCD projectors and screens are all available for rental through the Club upon request.
